Our Philosophy
Our mission is to source quality products and serve them in a comfortable cafe-style environment providing a pleasing experience (re-Treat). Our philosophy is based on the following key elements:

With this in mind we have partnered with the following local suppliers of quality foods and beverages which we believe complement the Gracious Goods Cafe philosophy.
Fresh Start Bakery & Bistro uses natural, quality ingredients like creamery butter and the best flours. They will supply tasty European style baking & breads daily for eat-in or take out. All of their bread products are made with a natural starter (flour, water, yeast and salt) which does not require any addition of dairy, sugar or eggs. (Please note that some breads such as the cheese bread, brioche, egg bread or kids bread do have sugar, butter or eggs depending on the bread). They also have a variety of wheat-free products.
